We conduct studies on over 10,000 new product ideas per year. We offer a highly stimulating, challenging, yet casual work atmosphere.

To manage and supervise a staff of two to three Project Developers and coordinate pre-field project execution to ensure the highest quality consumer data. In addition, to serve as a consultant between the client, the account team and the appropriate Operations departments.Responsibilities include: -Participating in Client Issues Meetings -Consulting with clients and account teams to analyze and to clarify learning objectives -Designing and reviewing concept questionnaires and stimuli-Translating client objectives and analyst data needs into survey questions and interviewing designs -Advising analysts on study design based on study specifics (e.g. quotas, target group definitions, design of test cells) - Scheduling and updating studies in the BASES scheduling database (known as STAR)-Ensuring interview length is within reasonable standards, proper question sequence is used, appropriate scales and answer choices are provided and that the overall interview will result in quality data;-Coordinating, communicating and documenting all study and data collection issues, deadlines, schedules and changes using the appropriate tools; -Creating and communicating client standards on applicable study components-Writing & reviewing proposals & discussing design issues to ensure accurate field specifications are given to the field department-Checking CAPI program for accuracy in content, logic, stimuli, and cell rotations; correct concept stimulus and correct rotations;-Coordinating study materials and answering client questions on the questionnaire, test product, concept stimuli and data collection;-Attending client presentation/meetings/consultations as requested;-Managing client questions and difficult situations appropriately;-Interacting independently with the account team & appropriate Operations departments to solve specific study problems;-Serving as the lead Project Development contact on a major account or several small accounts and ensuring the design and execution of the data collection phase are a positive experience for the client;-Consulting on costs for non-standard field procedures;-Working with Accounts Receivable to be sure client is invoiced in a timely manner and following up to be sure invoices have been paid.People Management: Strong people management skills required; ensuring direct reports receive the necessary training; supervising direct reports by answering questions, providing constructive and consistent feedback and conducting performance appraisals in a timely manner.QualificationsKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.4 - 5 years experience in project management2-3 years People management experience
