POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing special projects, acquisitions and continuous improvement activities within Employee Services and Rewards NA. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* ESR lead for external projects. This work includes interfacing with various teams including internal ES teams, LGO, external vendors and other NBS teams. * Manager for internal projects. This work includes interfacing with various teams including internal ES teams, LGO, external vendors and other NBS teams. * Point of contact between COEs and integrations teams for acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate activity (included in items above).* Point of coordination for Employee Services for all continuous improvement initiatives. Interface points may include OIT, NCE, Operating Company representatives, vendors and contractors. * Oversee Project and Education Specialist.* Oversee contractors/consultants working on ES projects (included in items above). REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:* Graduate degree preferred.EXPERIENCE:* Prior experience working in an outsourced shared services environment.* 5+ years of relevant SAP HR experience with primary focus on payroll and benefits.* 5+ years experience managing projects and project teams.* 5+ years experience managing professional staff.SKILLS:* Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Demonstrates initiative and ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently. * Advanced PC skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
