Manager - SAP Business Analyst Team

Job Description:Ajilon Consulting is working with our Westlake, Ohio client to identify an Manager of SAP Business Analyst Team. This is a full-time, in-house position. Our client seeks a motivated individual to manage its SAP Business Analyst team. The SAP Business Analyst team currently supports two separate instances of SAP. One instance is IS-Oil and financial system of record and the other instance is IS-Retail. The analysis team is involved in production support for both Oil and Retail instances. The manager will be expected to perform business analytical work during 40 to 50% of their time. The manager is also responsible for supervision of the company's EDI activity.ABAP/4, BSP, Web Dynpro, ITS, XI and Java technologies are used. Candidate having experience with SAP's MM and SD modules including pricing routines, pricing conditions, dealing with various units of measure, etc. would be a plus. Position also requires knowledge of SAP's FI, CO, modules. This position provides SAP business analysis, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, specification development, gap analysis, unit and integration testing and implementation of changes or new processes. This position is also responsible for project management, tracking and prioritization, assignment to analysts and/or developers, liaison with business and IT team members, counseling/developing staff, managing consultants, interaction with SAP representatives and yearly activity with internal auditors. Job Experience:Bachelor's degree required with 4-6 plus years of business analysis experience and 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience of an SAP Business Analyst Team. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational/communication skills and work well in a team environment. Involvement in at least one full SAP lifecycle implementation would be a plus. Experience in a Retail and/or IS-Oil environment; development related to SAP Business Warehouse, SAP XI; ITS or BSP skills would be a plus.This company may offer relocation assistance.
