As a Business Analysis Manager you could be involved in projects spanning a wide spectrum of business functions and your responsibilities may include: Conducting research and performing analysis of demographics, products and business lines Performing ad hoc analysis of business situations, issues and problems Conducting data query and competitive analysis, including NPV and ROI assessments Developing computer-generated financial and statistical models Analyzing marketing channels and exploring new business opportunities Serving as an internal consultant focusing on re-engineering analysis Formulating actionable, value-adding business solutions and managing project implementation for those strategies Developing and shaping business strategies Supporting, developing, and managing analysts in support of business strategies Leading cross-functional team to implement strategiesJob Experience:Basic Qualifications: • 4 year degree in quantitative or business related area of study • 2 years of analysis experience Preferred Qualifications:• Degree in a quantitative major, including economics, finance, engineering and operations research • Strong standardized test scores (i.e. SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE) • 2-6 years professional work experience performing analysis • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects • MBA preferred but not requiredCapital One will not file non-immigrant visa petitions for alien workersNo agencies please.
