Job Description:POSITION QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education in a related discipline is required. A Masters Degree is preferred. Related work experience can be substituted for educational requirements. 15+ related years of progressive product, technology, and business experience, along with experience in technical and non-technical employee supervision, situational leadership, product and project management, and budget/financial management is required. In depth experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions such as Hyland's Onbase or IBM's FileNet is required.Strong knowledge of existing and emerging technologies in financial institutions and other industries is needed for this position. Candidates should also have experience with the client server and browser based software solutions, and general banking practices. In addition, strong organizational, inter-personal, leadership, motivational, management and problem-solving skills as well as strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills are very important to ones success in this position.
