McCoy, a division of M&M Pump & Supply, Inc is looking for an experienced self starter that will be part of a small group that executes manufacturing within the corporation. This individual will oversee our production facility and have ownership for planning, material procurement, assembly, configuration, test, equipment / machine maintenance and order / service fulfillment activities.




Roles and Responsibilities

 
The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for and has the authority to do the following:Manage the planning and procurement of material to support production and field service work. Execute test and qualification processes as necessary. Manage inventory through BOM and our ERP type transaction system. Supervise staff of employees and possibly contractors to support manufacturing / production / field service operations.

 



 

The ideal candidate will have:BS in EE, CS or equivalent is preferred.  6-8 years of experience, preferably in machining, mill work and tooling. Minimum of 3 yrs management experience. Ability to Forecast, Plan and execute a Production Schedule. Experience in remote management. Knowledge of manufacturing / test and field service support processes. Ability to manage cross-functional relationships to support process and productivity improvement projects.
