Manufacturing Process Specialist

We currently have positions available at our Corinth, MS location for:Manufacturing Process SpecialistSummary: Daily activities may include basic asset maintenance, troubleshooting, grade changing, and computer system usage.Responsibilities:* Operate a production line safely, effectively and efficiently. * Operate large machinery such as nonwovens assets, winders, packaging equipment, and/or lift trucks. * Ensure and maximize team performance and results through skill diversity and development. Qualifications: Basic: * Must be 18 years or older. * HS Diploma or GED. * 3 years of equipment operating experience in a manufacturing setting.* Must be able to maintain a work schedule of 12 hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.Preferred:* 5 years of equipment operating and/or maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.* Demonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution. * Past experience in as a crew leader/coordinator.Other:* Basic PC skills* A strong commitment to working effectively in a team environment. * Basic understanding and application of safety policies and practices. * Strong communication and leadership skills, including self-motivation. * Must be able to pass pre-employment testing.
