We are seeking a Client Services Project Manager with relevant agency and/or consulting experience to oversee the relationship between our firm and multiple clients.

ABOUT THE JOB:
Plan, manage and develop brand and marketing strategy and deliverables from marketing research through implementation.

You’ll ensure our clients are “delighted” with the services they receive from MCorp. Your oversight and hands-on involvement will result in insightful, results-focused work that is both timely and profitable.

Working closely with our small but growing client service staff, you’ll manage schedules, budgets and work-flow to best utilize your talents, as well as the talents, expertise and availability of staff and vendors.

Responsibilities include:
- Hands-on Client and Project Management
- Primary Client Services Manager for a limited number of accounts
- Effectively balance the quality and flow of engagement deliverables
- Managing schedules, vendors, and internal and client expectations
- Forecast, propose and track project budgets and profitability
- Occasional travel, estimated three days every two months

Education
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, communications, marketing or related field

Experience Preferred
- Looking for a minimum of 5 years experience managing client services, trafficking, and / or project management for a consulting, branding, advertising, or marketing agency, or in-house if a high-volume, service oriented company.
- Experience with financial services and/or high technology preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years team management experience
- Marketing experience, including developing plans, client management, research, strategies, product positioning, negotiation, budget responsibility, messaging and creative and tactical ideas
- Demonstrated creative and strategic mindset
- Pitching new business with or without a team
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); internet savvy
