Market Research Account Executive, Managing Existing Clients

Position: RA1312 Title: Account Executive- Client Service Experience: 4+ Salary: OPEN Location: CT - Stamford Description:Online Market Research Survey supplier is looking for a strong researcher who will work closely with a Senior Account Executive to grow and develop existing and new business relationships . Together they have an assigned annual quota upon which monthly commissions are paid and team performance tracked.Responsibilities: Sustain and expand relationships with Key Account customers/buyers;driving repeat business via continual client contact; communicating new offerings and solutions; and ongoing relationship building. This activity requires consistent outbound contact with clients; pricing and proposal writing; deal closing; and handing off projects for execution to a Project Manager. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of sales, or sales driven customer service experience for a major Market Research, or Marketing services firm Ability to develop deep relationships with clients Heavy client contact will be required, both in person and via phone, e-mail and Web presentation Must possess strong written and verbal skills, as customer communication will constitute a major portion of daily activity Knowledge of Internet, Intranet and Extranet applications is required. Travel may required Fluency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred as is familiarity with SalesLogix, Act or other related sales management software application Bachelor's degree is essential, and postgraduate study or significant business experience is preferred Meeting or exceeding annual team quota Developing and maintaining a pipeline in excess of 3 times quarterly sales quota Operating, fostering, and driving a team environment Ability to work cooperatively with all departments within the organization Consistently provide client satisfaction in both deliverables and project experience Reeve & Associates is an executive search firm specializing in the Marketing Research disciplines.
