RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Create and guide sales staff in the execution of strategic sales efforts including the creation of prospect lists, territory analysis and actionable plans.

 

• Prepare sales and usage reports, including, monthly, quarterly, and annual budget & forecast by product and sales channel for both internal and external sales forces.

 

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes and support Marketing Managers during quarterly and annual reviews.

 

• Maintain annual budget workbooks and serve as definitive source of business segment goals.

 

• Assist in generation and tracking of quote requests, sales reports (both actual and forecasted).

 

• Analyze commissions, sales (gross and net) profitability along with perform cost per gross/net order and profitability analyses for various business segments and marketing programs.

 

• Analyze sales force performance and track lead conversion of Online products and migratory patterns of large print package customers via Sales Force and other business tools.

 

• Perform annual Terminator analysis of lost / converted business and provide to Sales management for renewal efforts.

 

• Generate ad hoc queries and reports from Analytics software along with analyze and maintain Web statistics for Online Catalog site and analyze buying behavior.

 

• Special projects and other duties as directed by the Manager of Customer Pricing and Analysis. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• BA/BS in Accounting/Finance/Economics, MBA a plus.

 

• Minimum of 2 years experience required.

 

• Expert working knowledge of Excel.

 

• Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills.

 

• Must be able to interact with a variety of internal customers.

 

• Will deal with both marketing managers and product owners in addition to acting as a liaison to Accounting for the Marketing department.

 

• Must be able to work autonomously and find efficient solutions to complex ad hoc problems arising from duties listed above.

 

• Must be able to make interpretative judgments based on information gathered and presented with.

 

• Provide information to both marketing mangers and product owners allowing them to make more efficient decisions regarding pricing and promotions.

 

• Assist the marketing department in tracking customer purchasing history and migration patterns and determining the future of the business.

 

• Generate standard monthly sales reports as outlined by the Manager of Customer Pricing & Analysis.
