Marketing Communications Manager

DESCRIPTION: Manage the team responsible for the execution of all General Market marketing materials,. Will be responsible for executing specific marketing campaigns not limited to TV, direct mail, print, radio and online.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a staff of 1 – 2 marketing coordinators.
• Manage the execution of the following campaigns:
o Direct mail – acquisition, upgrade and retention
o DRTV – acquisition, upgrade and retention
o Promotional materials
o Newspaper
o Radio
o Online
• Create and own the Marketing Communication project status report. Ensure all deadlines are met.
• Work with both the General Market advertising agencies in the planning and execution of materials.
• Write materials as necessary.
• Route all marketing materials through legal, maintain files and records of comments and changes.
• Work with internal groups including the acquisition group to help execute campaigns.
• Proof materials for grammar, spelling and product facts.
• Present information to large groups of people ranging from executives to front line associates.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to work under tight deadline pressures, and changing environment
• Excellent project management skills. Detail oriented.
• College degree
• Exceptional organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Must have 5 years marketing experience. Need at least 2 years + management experience. Direct mail, DRTV and production experience.
• Must be a strong leader. Deadline driven.
• Must be able to manage varied and conflicting opinions.
• Able to work with variety of people and groups.
• Excellent grammar, spelling and written and oral language skills.
