Marketing Coordinator

Penta Technologies, Inc. is an established innovator in providing vertical market ERP applications to large, project-oriented firms in the US and Canada.  Penta is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing team with expansion of its activities and effective management of its marketing initiatives.  The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for completing marketing and business development programs.  The right candidate will have past marketing experience, customer and/or prospect-facing experience, and a strong technical acumen or aptitude. 

Responsibilities: Work effectively with sales, sales support, marketing and product team personnel Manage tradeshow scheduling and coordination Manage relationships with industry media: Advertising PR Assist in RFP/RFI responses Assist in administration of CRM software Perform Client Interviews for Case Studies Write and manage company newsletter(s) Drive qualified prospects to the Sales Team Manage customer co-marketing program

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have: Two or more years business to business technology marketing experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfort working with prospects, customers and vendors. Strong software skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Webex Meeting Center, Event Center Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop Knowledge of enterprise software and its application in today’s business environment. (Knowledge of job cost accounting, project management, field service, CRM and/or construction management applications is a plus.) Commitment to high-level professional and ethical standards.
