This candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing marketing and innovation activities related to the portfolio in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. The Marketing Generalist will interact with the Sales, Operations and Finance teams in a daily basis.REQUIREMENTS:• Collaborate in developing, coordinating and implementing the annual marketing strategy for each assigned product (Including volume, consumption, profit goals, nature and scope of advertising promotion and trade activities)• Identify and develop innovative ideas in order to create a proprietary advantage for the company (For example: Product, packaging, and merchandise activations)• Assist marketing manager in current projects• Conduct ongoing numeric analysis for marketing projects• Responsible for monitoring product performance results• Developing and implementing action plans based on product performance results• Contributes to team up effort by accomplishing related results as needed• 3-6 years of experience in the Consumer products industry• Bachelor's degree• Bilingual Spanish/English• Availability to travel- 25%• Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously• Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with the staff inside and outside of the Marketing Department• High energy levelJob Experience:Minimum Education Required: BachelorYears of Experience Required: 3-5 YearsExpected Travel Time: About 25% About Adecco North America Adecco is a Fortune Global 500 company and the world leader in workforce solutions.
