Job Description:Role: Maximo System Administrator to assist on the Maximo project/support teamDuration: 6-9 MonthsLocation: ConcordTravel: Possible DomesticHM timeline to review resumes/interview: ASAPOverview of Position: Support application and technical architecture, ensuring business needs are met. Apply patches and upgrades; manage network connections; provide production support, disaster recovery, system performance. Coordinate OS and database support activities with ITC/DBCT. Assist with ESAS, SOX, IP. Work with the support group to determine how the application is supported in production, including backups, disaster recovery, system performance, and project management.Key Job Responsibilities (essential position functions): Weblogic system administrator manages properties configuration changes.Builds and redeploys the Maximo Enterprise Application Archive. Deploy and manage Maximo application change packages.Manages applying fixes and upgrades, JVM clustering etc. Stops and starts the application. Manages network connection between the Actuate report, interface, and DB servers.Requirements:Maximo administrationWeblogic administrationUNIX experience (Sun Solaris experience is optimum, but experience with AIX or HP-UX is acceptable).Oracle SQL skillsLarge application support experience You can view all of our jobs online at http://www.ajilonconsulting.com
