Mechanical Engineer - Very Stable Organization

Job Description:Currently looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with Auto Cad and 3D experience to travel to sites and accumulate data to complete all mechanical and process designs associated with food processing equipment installations as well as communicating with staff to ensure client expectations met. This is a very stable company with excellent benefits and very competitive pay. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES: Travel to customers site (foreign and domestic) and accumulate necessary information (e.g. photos, measurements, etc.) to complete installation. Work with Technical Service department to develop process flow diagrams and documentation. Using AutoCAD complete all necessary mechanical installation layouts. Design structural platforms, supports, catwalks, stairwells and handrails. Design plan view, elevation view and cross sectional view layouts. Responsible for estimating materials required to complete installation. Properly size motors, pumps, conveyors to meet customer expectations. Providing general layouts to be used by Sales in bids and proposals. Capable of addressing multiple installations simultaneously.GENERAL JOB DUTIES: Follow proper safety procedures and safeguard others' safety at all times understanding the obligation to refuse to perform any tasks that are unsafe. Maintain high levels of workplace housekeeping. Accept travel assignments including foreign countries.
