Mechanical Field Service Technician

Ultimate Power, Inc., a New York State corporation, was originally formed in 1970 for the purpose of conducting business as a mechanical contractor in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Industry. We have grown to become a full service building Technology Company, specializing in a full range of Building and Energy Solutions and Services.

 

Responsibilities of the team:

·  Repair/ replacement of piping systems. (sweat, thread, weld.)

·  Repair/ replacement of sump pumps and controls.

·  Repair/ replacement of hydronic and steam system components.

·  Minor electrical wiring.

·  Repair/ replacement of A/C and refrigeration units.

·  Repair/ replace exhaust fans.

·  Preventive maintenance tasks.

 

Qualifications of the team:

·  Must have a valid NYS drivers license and a good driving record.

·  Company drug test required.

·  CFC certification

·  Knowledge of all phases of HVAC heating and A/C

·  Knowledge of Boiler installation. 

·  Knowledge of hydronic and steam systems.

·  Must have adequate experience in installing copper, black, and weld pipe.

·  Troubleshooting skills for mechanical systems.

 

Compensation: $40 per hour (including benefits)
