Media Supervisor-Service & Parts Operations

If you love working with dedicated people who care for each other, then this is a great environment for you.Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for the development of targeted, integrated media plans Maintain communication/integration with multiple agency partners (creative, account, etc.) Interact /communicate frequently with clients (written, presentations and meetings) Master and effectively apply all appropriate internal planning systems (BFX, DDS and Webviewer) along with syndicated research tools (IMS, JD Power, CMR/Stradegy, Polk, MMR and Simmons) Mine and integrate key insights from marketing data, GM proprietary research and syndicated sources Work with media vendors to develop sponsorships and/or partnerships Manage and mentor Media planner (s) on career development and team contributions Execute and steward campaigns with an emphasis on success metrics Oversee/manage budget and billing accuracy and initiate troubleshooting when necessaryMinimum Qualifications Education: Four-year college degree preferably in marketing/advertising or communications or equivalent work experience is required Four plus years experience in Media Planning/Buying Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptable to a face-paced and constantly changing environment Must be pro-active Excellent problem-resolution skills Ability and desire to create positive working relationships Understand and meet deadlines A people's person who will share knowledge and train junior team members Desired skills Automotive trade experience/knowledge
