With minimal supervision, the incumbent will research and resolve healthcare claims issues using standard resolution instructions and procedures. The incumbent will also perform routine tasks requiring working knowledge of Hawaii Medicaid claims billing and processing, including data entry of Medicaid claims. Accuracy and speed are critical in our work environment and are measured daily.
