Medical Staffing Recruiter

Lifeline Medical Staffing is actively searching for recruiting healthcare candidates that will utilize multiple sources, strategies and methods. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying strong candidates, evaluate and assess their experience and qualifications and perform the pre-screening and interview process for potential candidates. The Recruiter will also work with various other internal teams to facilitate the hire and placement process of the health care professionals.

The Recruiter will perform strategic recruitment and assist in the marketing and selling of Lifeline as a strategic staffing resource to healthcare professionals and target clients.  At Lifeline we like to work hard and play hard!  Come join our team so you can earn generous commissions!

Job Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting and/or sales experience is required.

Associates or Bachelors degree in business/communications or a related area is required.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced challenging environment and be able to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously, be detail oriented and be very organized.

Strong verbal or written communication skills as well as excellent customer service skills (on the phone and in-person) and well developed relationship-building abilities are required.

Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of healthcare operations and terminology would be desired but not required.
