Orchestrate sell-in and sell through of all Designer Fragrance brands on gross shipment budget and sales plan for the current year.Increase Designer Fragrances penetration in all accounts.Effectively recruit and train a team of Account Executives through development, guidance and leadership.Establish/maintain positive relationships with retail upper management.Plan advertising calendar and allocate promotions to support retail growth plansManage and implement monthly shipping forecast in order to achieve/exceed shipping budget. Negotiate inventory in store to support the monthly and annual shipment forecast (constant check of stock and sales plan, monthly, with AE's).Allocating all GWP, PWP, straight sale items that are sent from the New York Office with the objective of supporting partners and retail growth potential.Review weekly and monthly retails and react to negative trends.Constant monitoring of space and location.
