Mortgage Loan Originator – Austin, TX

 

As a Mortgage Banker, our Loan Originators are afforded the opportunity to provide clients the best product and pricing available in the market. We pay top commission, but still provide the freedom, technologies and support that make working with Franklin Bank a great growth opportunity for Loan Officers.

Senior Loan Originator Responsibilities:

·  Generate and manage client relationships and referral relationships

·  Provide mortgage and debt evaluations and options to clients

·  Originate mortgage business with full disclosure and explanation

·  Provide services to clients that put them in a better financial situation

·  Follow company, state and federal policies, laws, statutes and regulations


Lending Options:

·  Ability to broker to third party wholesalers

·  No yield spread disclosure

·  Competitive Pricing


Senior Loan Originator Requirements:

·  2 or more years experience as a Loan Originator

·  Strong list of mortgage industry references

·  Drug screening required
