This client is a direct online mortgage lender who is dedicated in providing a variety of loan programs that are tailored specifically to their customers. They are located in the North Dallas area. We are looking for the following candidates: Loan Processors Responsible for working closely with customers to ensure a accurate process, review documents, clear loan conditions for underwriting approval and order supporting documents as required. UnderwritersResponsible for round robin files, review underwriting conditions, setting conditions and processing a minimum of six initial underwrites a day. Closers/FundersResponsible for documenting and funding transactions, works closely with investors/lenders and fund 50-70 loans a month. ReceptionistResponsible for maintaining front lobby, answer phones and special projects. Ideal candidate will have an upbeat, positive, bubbly personality who is flexible and eager to learn. Legal SecretaryWill support General Counsel/Senior Paralegal. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, spreadsheets and maintain calendars.
