Sales/Retail/Business Development Job Description Job Description: Job Description:Walnut Creek sales office for large corporation is seeking a goal-oriented, outgoing & energetic team player to join their inside telesales team. You will be selling and closing deals for a business payroll service targeted to small sized companies. MUST HAVE PRIOR TELESALES EXPERIENCE AND SELF MOTIVATION! Responsibilities include taking inbound inquiry calls as well as making a high number of outbound calls to market bankers, collect paperwork and close the sale. You will be accountable for a region of outside sales reps as well as their managers for lead follow up and monthly sales goals The ideal match includes someone who is sales oriented, comfortable working on the phones in a fast paced environment, is detail oriented, a quick learner and possesses superior customer service skills. Ability to work independently and phone sales experience are mandatory. The hours are full time and will most likely be 7-4 daily but should be open to working an on-going shift of 8-5 or 9-6. The salary is $30,000 + monthly bonuses. Bonuses can be made during the ramp up time and typically takes a 2-3 month ramp up period. This company also offers a full benefits package. Bachelor degree is highly desirable.
