Want to help others with their cell phone? Then this job is for you!!! Our client is located on the Vestal Parkway in Vestal, NY and is currently in search of a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for cellular phone service from payment arrangements, processing payments, adding services, bill detail, and customer changes. This is a temporary to permanent position. We are looking for dependable and responsible individuals with computer skills and a good speaking voice. Hours are from 1-10pm or 12-9pm and must work a five day work week to include Monday, Friday and one day of the weekend.Job Experience:A training class is mandatory and will be scheduled for a two week period. The class is from 12-9pm Monday thru Friday. Candidates must be able to do full time training. The first 5 days is class room training and 50 questions multiple choice exam must be passed on 5th day to continue employment (3 attempts to pass test are given). After completion of exam, two weeks of additional training is provided.
