NOC Technicians

Job Description:For this position, you will work as a Network Administrator for this on-demand Customer Relationship Management solution vendor. Your responsibilities will include: Providing monitoring, scheduling, troubleshooting, maintenance, and escalation support Providing configuration and performance tuning of servers, storage systems, backup devices, network infrastructure, and databases Tracking incidents using a case management application Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security Communicating technical information to technical and non-technical personnel Recommending process improvements Driving service availabilityJob Experience: 2+ years related work experience Proficient with remote control technology Understanding of TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, and virtual private networking Solid problem solving skills Excellent communication skills Experience with CISCO network infrastructure, PIX, and DMVPN is preferred Experience with RSA, authentication, single sign-on technology, scripting, Oracle databases, IronPort, Trend Micro, Big-Fix, NetBackup, WhatsUP, and encryptions is a plusMinimum Education Required: High SchoolYears of Experience Required: 3-5 Years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
