National Sales AdministratorReports to: VP, Sales & Trade MarketingGeneral Description of Role:This position reports to the VP, Sales and Trade Marketing and will provide sales analysis as well as administrative support for the sales team. This individual will be responsible for nationwide sales support and analysis activities, including the following: Responsibilities: Manage Sales Accrual Budget (spent vs. budget, analysis etc.) Control Trade Marketing Budget (itemization, spent vs. budget, analysis etc.) Generate Sales Analysis and Other Business Reports to track business performance and detect potential issues/opportunities (e.g.: new product tracking, etc.) Coordinate and generate other analysis related to the Sales and Trade Marketing department (e.g.: gross margin analysis by region, by product line, national retail pricing, store check, etc.) Assist and generate the sales department with information and presentation that are relevant for their interaction with customers (e.g.: business review, sales calls, etc) Support and facilitate the implementation of marketing activities with the different regions (e.g.: New Product launch, POP materials needs, etc.) Assist the VP of Sales & Trade Marketing with key sales initiatives and communications (e.g.: price increase, meetings, updates, new announcements, product withdraws, etc.) Other projects as assignedRequirementsSkills/ Qualifications Required: Bachelors Degree preferred. Over 5 years in a Sales Administration and/or Business Development role Bilingual English/Spanish desirable Must have strong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Must possess strong skills in report and presentation composition. Enthusiastic, hard-working individual with a good understanding of how to achieve internal customer satisfaction expectations.
