Job Description:For the level I position, they require basic troubleshooting skills. They need the candidate to have solid background with Windows XP, basic understanding of S/W architecture, Excellent troubleshooting skills (can walk there customer through the problem) and basic software skills. Should also have good knowledge of networking skills, for example, (do you know what an IP address is, what is the difference between a static IP address and a dynamic IP address?
