Network Administrator

Job Description:For this position, you will use your experience as a Network Administrator to manage asset and information resources.Your responsibilities will include: Managing the helpdesk and asset tracking system Maintaining a library of manuals, documentation, and software inventory Receiving, logging, and assigning help requests Assisting users with resolving computer and telephone related issues Monitoring IT systems and network health Providing on-call support for all IT systems (remote access, LAN, email, phone/voicemail systems) Assisting with the maintenance and support of IS infrastructure Coordinating requests to provide seamless support to usersJob Experience: 2+ years related work experience Experience in a helpdesk or technical support position Experience with support requests and asset tracking systems Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server 2003, XP, and Office 2003 and 2007 Knowledge of TCP/IP networking Knowledge of workstations, servers, printers, and cabling hardware Familiarity with telephony systems Keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills MCSEYears of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years For more information about career opportunities with CompuCom Excell Data visit www.excell.com.
