Night Manager - Birmingham, MI

Description: Position Summary: This position is under the direct supervision of the Birmingham, Michigan Operations Manager. This position manages and directs all operational activities during the evening and night hours for the Birmingham, MI operations.



Nightly management responsibilities include the oversight of 5 multi-level parking garages and one surface lot. Job duties will include direction of the staff, nightly audits, cash drops, employee discipline, equipment trouble-shooting and revenue reporting as needed.



The candidate will be required to work the night shift and should be prepared to work a flexible schedule that will consist of nights and weekends.



Must have previous management/supervisory experience.

Must have at least a four-year college degree and/or 5 years parking experience.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Must be pro-active.

Must have good communication skills (written/verbal).

Must have good customer relations skills.

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.

Must be detailed oriented, a fast learner while working in a fast paced environment.
