Help Rental Solutions be a leader in the Construction industry by acting as the Outside tractor saleman who serves customers; services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts; adjusts content of sales presentations; focuses sales efforts; submits orders; keeps management informed; monitors competition; recommends changes in products, service, and policy; resolves customer complaints; maintains professional and technical knowledge; provides historical records; contributes to team effort.

Qualifications

Can explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.

Presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings.

Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with clients.

Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests.

Capable negotiator. Clearly communicates goals, interests, and positions during discussions.

Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.

Has a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Generates leads through planning and persistence.

Is self-assured and confident in a variety of settings. Has a strong belief in own capabilities.
