Office Administrator

The successful candidate must be a proven self starter that can work independently and multi-task. This position requires strong organizational skills and must be very detail oriented. The candidate must be skilled at developing and implementing standards and procedures to improve data entry efficiency, accuracy and performance. Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets with advanced knowledge of Word and Excel. Must be proficient with 10 key data entry and have 5-10 years purchasing, accounts payable and invoicing experience. This office is a very casual, small family oriented office.
