Office Services Coordinator
Long Island City based company is looking for an Office Services Coordinator to oversee supplies, photocopying, incoming and outgoing mail, light equipment repairs, troubleshooting PC's, reconciling vendor invoices, manage vendors and review contracts.
Basically this person will be responsible for light maintenance and oversee outside maintenance vendors, as well as handling administrative functions and light PC support and basic telcom support.
Responsibilities include: Being the go-to person for routine administrative needsOversee daily maintenance of our call center Expedite and coordinate maintenance/repairs Manage vendors and review contract renewals (AC, cleaning company, copiers, fax, printers, vending machines) Inventory and maintain supplies in the work area.Manage purchasing function for office related supplies and furniture Ensure compliance with health and safety policiesOversee Voice Mail SystemDaily mail sort, distribution and tracking(incoming/outgoing)PC desktop support for administrative usersIT Systems Administrator supportDaily production report (format, print, copy, and timely distribution)
Outside errands – banking, Post Office and others as needed
