Officer Manager Needed

Full time/charge bookkeeper wanted for a growing Construction company located in Yonkers for over 14 years. This is an immediate hire position.

Requirements:
1> Maintain all bookkeeping functions
a. Processing Invoices
b. Accounts Receivable/Collections
c. Processing Contracts
e. Bank Reconciliations
f. Making journal entries
2> Generate month-end financial reports
3> Substantial Computer/Technical skills
4> Delve into Cost accounting
5> Delve into Budgeting/Forecasting/Cash flow
6> Prior Construction Experience helpful 
7> Administer Payroll plan and Health Insurance plan
8> Investigate intuitively books and efficiently bring to a position of proper functionality
9> Interface and maintain Vendor and Customer Relationships
10> Maintain general filing systems
11> Work on special projects as assigned
12> Organize and maintain correspondence and files, including scanning, emailing, filing, faxing

Qualifications:
1> Associate degree in Accounting/Finance (equivalent subject) or higher
2> Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
3> At least 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
4> Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
5> Strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skills.
6> Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
