Online Banking Communications Manager

Job Description:The Online Banking Communications Manager is responsible for all communications related to the online banking product both internally and externally. Internally, this position will be responsible for ensuring our associates have up-to-date, accurate information to effectively sell this product and answer customer questions. They will also be responsible for keeping all internal content (training and marketing materials) up-to-date as we enhance our product and work closely with the call center and branch support to ensure they have information to address customer issues. Externally, this position will work closely with Corporate Marketing on promotions and marketing campaigns. They are also responsible for the accuracy of the information presented on our company web site as well as the content of service related messages sent to our customers.QUALIFICATIONS:- Online Banking Experience is preferred- Previous marketing and communications experience - Bachelors Degree required or equivalent education and experience.
