As the Online Training Assistant for ICMI you will be responsible for the successful delivery and execution of all Web seminars / webinars and Web-based study courses. Your extremely professional demeanor and over the top drive and attention to detail will be foundational to your overall success in this exciting role. You will oversee the communication, scheduling, preparation (not creation) and distribution of all course instructions and materials to leaders and clients, thus relying on your meticulous and methodical approach to everything you do. Your ability to engage leaders and clients from the conception of the Web seminar to post-presentation evaluations will be essential as you ensure a successful and worthwhile experience for all parties involved. As the "go to resource" for the Web seminars we will look to your power of influence and deep knowledge of course administration tools such as WebEx as you train seminar leaders, moderators and more. Your highly polished communication skills will be required as you moderate and record seminars in addition to communicating with clients on scheduling, participant sign-ups, attendance and other customer service and support issues as they arise. Required for this role is your professional experience with PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat PDF creation. While not required, previous success working in a call center or help desk environment and managing high-value clients will elevate your candidacy in this highly sought after role.
