Operations Specialist

In this role you will utilize internal databases and other reporting tools to compile data pertaining to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organizations internal processes. You will also analyze operational data and suggest process improvements. Working closely with operations team on ad hoc projects as needed. The candidate we seek must be a highly motivated, intelligent individual in order to oversee the many responsibilities surrounding this role. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline preferred; equivalent education/experience will be considered. A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar capacity. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access is required. Banking industry experience is ideal but not required.
