For more information on Alcon, Inc., visit the Company's web site at Responsibilities: * Call on Optometrists while representing the following product line: Opti-Free RepleniSH® (contact lens care), Systane® (lubricant eye drops), TobraDex® (anti-infective), Vigamox® (anti-infective), Pataday® (anti-allergy) and Travatan® Z™ (glaucoma). * Conduct face-to-face presentations with clients to educate them on current and future products. * Build positive relationships with clients while increasing market share and exceeding company set quotas. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University. * Minimum 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience. * Maximum of two jobs in last three years preferred. * Demonstrated ability to promote new and existing product lines, expand current market share, and excel in a quota-driven sales environment. * High motivation to succeed while working autonomously (home-based office) and efficiently. * Verifiable successful outside sales experience with documented sales achievement. * Ability and willingness to do overnight travel (required in some territories). Compensation: * Competitive base salary * Eligibility for performance-based bonus and year-end incentives. * Company car (Trailblazer) and laptop provided.
