Job Description:An Electronic Manufacturer/Distributor is in need of a Customer Service Representative to handle ORDER ENTRY, SHIPPING, and INVOICING for high volume accounts. Will provide support to dealers and distributors, maintain accounts, answer inbound calls regarding questions, placing and canceling orders, and research & resolve customer issues. Looking for a candidate with good customer service and experience handling high volume accounts/dealer relationships. Will work some OT. Any IT experience helpful. SAP a plus.
