We divide our consulting services into three main areas

On-site Consultants:  These consultants work with the leadership team in a client facility to create and implement projects that mobilize all levels of the workforce, from the GM to the hourly workers, to produce unprecedented business results in the areas of safety, cost savings and production efficiency. The consultants work with all levels of an organization, with an emphasis on project teams that include floor level employees.Many of these consultants have experience in effectively working in a Union environment.

 

Project Managers:  These consultants work with executives, facility managers, leadership teams and, in some cases, Union leaders to design and implement projects that mobilize the entire workforce to create a new future for their business. The project managers are also responsible for managing the client contract(s), consultant deployment and the utilization of our course offerings.  These consultants will have project management experience in a variety of industries.

 

Course Leaders:  These consultants lead our numerous course offerings.  They are experienced in leading training courses that focus employees on individual responsibility while empowering them to create results with their project teams.

 

 

Qualifications

All candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years working in industry or with a consulting firm.  Advance degrees are preferred.  It is highly preferred that individuals have worked a minimum of 5 years in industry and 5 years in a consulting organization.
