Outside Sales Associate

No sales experience required/entry-level work experience

 

• No more than 1-3 years of sales experience max

 

Qualifications:

 

·  COLLEGE DEGREE PREFERED BUT NOT REQUIRED

o High School Diploma/GED

o MUST be completely finished with schooling (Not currently attending night classes or taking classes online.)

 

·  MONEY MOTIVATED

 

·  GO-GETTER/SELF-DISCIPLINEEXCELLENT PEOPLE SKILLS

·  JOB STABILITY/GOOD WORK ETHIC

o No gaps in employment

o Hold down a job for a year or longer on current job or previous

 CURRENTLY WORKINGIf unemployed –no longer than 1-2 month at the longest depending on circumstances.

 EARLY RISERIn front of first customer by 6:30 or 7:00 am even if that means leaving their house by 5:00-5:30 am

 SOMEONE WHO CAN COLD CALLWalk in door unannouncedNo appointment setting/ No calling on the phone

 SOMEONE WHO CAN FIRST TIME CLOSE

 SOMEONE WHO CAN HANDLE REJECTION

o Needs to be very tough-skinned
