We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Consultant for the Phoenix Metro territory. We represent manufacturers such as LOreal Professionnel, Alterna, Framesi, American Crew, Redken and PureOlogy.A Sales Consultant is responsible for attaining sales goals through the development of relationships and new business opportunities with target customers within a territory. Key objectives include achieving assigned revenue targets and meeting all account management guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - At least 2 years of outside ROUTE sales experience with a quantifiable track record of meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals- Excellent communication skills in written, oral and presentation forms- Self directed with excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work with a variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds- Team player with a positive attitude- Computer proficient with Windows and Office- Have a car in good working condition- Ability to travel Education- At least a high school education or GED is required.
