Outside Sales Position in the HVACR Wholesale Distribution Industry

As an Outside Sales Person for our Company, you will be an important member of our Inside/Outside Sales team.

Qualifications

Knowledge of how to develop newsletters, compose memos, and direct correspondence to keep employees informed of new company developments and events.

Listens attentively and actively.

Capable negotiator. Clearly communicates goals, interests, and positions during discussions.

Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.

Has a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Has drive and motivation to sell aggressively.

Generates leads through planning and persistence.

Focuses selling message on customer needs.

Experience selling products and services to major accounts in a designated region.

Demonstrates professionalism at all times.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience. HVACR industry experience required.

Voacational Certificate and EPA refrigerant certification is a plus.
