Marketing Consultant needed for territory of leading real estate magazine.  Individual must identify with the real estate industry to be able to network and establish contacts for providing unique products to them. For an individual that understands the need for personal promotion, it is easier to convey the products to the client.

 

The territory is geographically designed to create and promote opportunity. Your main focus is to network and educate agents about how they can professionally market themselves to their clients. We offer assistance by utilizing freelance writers, photographers and graphic design and layout personnel.

 

The Marketing Consultant is required to:

 

· Develop contacts by networking with real estate professionals and affiliate members within the local real estate community

· Meet with and educate agents/affiliates about the processes and procedures for delivering a quality product that they can use in marketing

· Utilize a consultative approach and demonstrate the ROI to sell articles (feature story brochures) and related marketing products

· Schedule freelance writers with clients

· Arrange photo shoot with local photographer at clients’ residence or business

· Consult with clients on their design and layout preferences for feature story

· Submit materials to corporate office for design and layout

· Provide proofs to clients

· Exceed established revenue goals

· And, provide local news (text and photos) for local editorial of magazine

 

Qualifications:

 

· The ability to sell products on 100% commission basis

· Understands the value of personal promotion

· Knowledge of the real estate industry

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Customer service oriented with ability to meet deadlines

· Functional office with connectivity to Internet
