P/T Personal Assistant to Chairman
Choice Logistics, a global third party logistics provider, seeks an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Part Time Personal Assistant.
The Personal Assistant will provide support to the Chairman with all business, social and personal affairs.
RESPONSIBILITIESManage calendar on a daily basis by coordinating schedules, booking meetings, and juggling multiple priorities.Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.Maintain all personal and professional files.Book travel, manage itineraries and changes, as well as other related arrangements.Handle all expense reports, receipt management, invoices as they relate to the Chairman’s personal and business activities.Prepare and serve lunch for Chairman and guests.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a personal assistant capacity.PC Skills to include MS Office Suite.Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects with excellent follow up skills.Must be articulate, detail oriented, diplomatic, responsive and a team player. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.Respect for privacy is vital. High level of discretion and professionalism required when dealing in confidential matters.Must be proactive and be able to respond quickly and positively to all situations with poise and efficiency.Must be observant and eventually learn to anticipate the needs of the Chairman.
