Summary:The successful candidate will assist attorneys in the practice of law. The successful candidate must possess sound knowledge of contract, commercial and/or international law as well as have excellent writing skills.Responsibilities: May include drafting and managing contracts, factual and legal research, document and claims analysis, drafting and managing internal corporate documents, assisting with the implementation of legal department initiatives and programs, assisting with and/or handling substantive functions in practice areas that do not require a law degree. Preferred Skills: Paralegal certification Drafting Contracts 4-7 years of applicable experience in a law firm, In-house legal department or comparable law focused work environment.
