PART-TIME, PERSONAL ASST/CHILD CARE, HOUSING INCLUDED

Devoted professional couple with three wonderful children (an eleven-year-old, a nine-year-old, and a three-year-old) seeks highly intelligent, amiable, responsible individual to serve as part-time personal assistant helping with child care, educational enrichment, and certain other activities, at various times during evenings and weekends. The assistant will have a private room (in a separate apartment with its own kitchen on a different floor from the family’s residence), with private bathroom, in a luxury, doorman apartment building on the Upper West Side, and will be free to entertain visitors in privacy.



We would welcome applications from students, writers, musicians, artists, or other candidates who may be pursuing other professional goals in the balance of their time.



Compensation will be at the rate of $20 per hour (on a pre-tax, fully legal basis).Three weeks of paid vacation will be provided per year, no charge will be made for rent, and health insurance will be provided. This is a year-round position for which we would ask a minimum two-year commitment.
