PIP No Fault Claims Adjuster

Job Description:Citizens Insurance, a Company of the Hanover Insurance Group, is seeking an experienced PIP No Fault Claims Adjuster in our Howell, MI office.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the investigation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution of PIP and Medical Payment claims in accordance with policy conditions, Best Practices and jurisdictional requirements. Must have Michigan PIP experience Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and handle a productive workload Must have a strong bias for customer service and demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment. Familiarity with medical terms and conditions, medical treatment protocols and fraud indicators. Bachelors Degree preferred with 3-5 years of PIP medical claims experience. Applicant must have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet and email.
