Panel Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY:

Manages projects supporting the maintenance of Synovate’s Online Panels in Europe and Asia

Assists with fielding internal and external requests for panel-related information and with internal and panelist-facing marketing efforts.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with the design and management of panel-supporting initiatives:

· Bidding

· Questionnaire design and implementation

· Sample selection

· Fieldwork monitoring

· Data collection & tabulations

· Basic report writing

· Translations coordination

Marketing support

· Compose text to answer requests for information on panel standards, procedures, etc.

· Assist with the creation and delivery of PowerPoint presentations

· Maintenance of ViewsNet’s panel marketing ‘library’

Relationship-building initiatives

· Manage the design and rollout of panel online templates

· Assist with generating content for ViewsNet’s 1) internal and 2) panelist newsletters

Financial Responsibilities

· Bidding and cost monitoring of panel-supporting project work

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business or related field

· Experience in project management, online project management preferred.

· Strong writing and analytical skills

· Strong communication skills, written and verbal

· Comfort with creative writing responsibilities

· Computer literacy, Microsoft Office and Internet, HTML a plus

· Past experience with questionnaire design and development

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and require minimal supervision

· Comfort with analyzing and presenting results from online survey projects.
