Panel Relations Specialist
Arbitron Inc. We are looking for a Panel Relations Specialist to join our PPM Panel Compliance Operations team in our Columbia, MD facility.
Responsibilities:Accountable for maximizing panel performance rates by utilizing creative techniques to improve panelist compliance. Support and maintain high levels of panel quality by adhering to Arbitron procedures and methodology. Provide superior coaching, training, and follow-up to panelists via telephone contact. Provide meaningful detailed documentation of all panelist interactions so that further analysis can be performed. Use proven techniques to overcome objections and maximize panel participation. Build positive relationships with Arbitron panelists by providing them with ongoing support and follow-up. Maintain up-to-date panel information by performing regularly scheduled telephone surveys with PPM panelists. Assess and troubleshoot PPM equipment problems via analyzing system reports and telephone contact with panelists.
Qualifications:Must possess strong persuasion and improvisational skills. Demonstrated experience in creating innovative solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Superior analytical and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with focus on customer service, ability to build positive relationships with people using phone contact. Must possess excellent problem solving skills and a keen attention to detail. At least 2 years experience in outbound call or customer service industries. Must work a non-standard work week including evenings and weekends Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred. Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences preferred. Spanish Bilingual skills preferred.
