Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Intermet Corporation, a $350M leader in automotive metalcasting manufacturing, is seeking a bright, eager, and dedicated individual to join its corporate office as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. Based in downtown Fort Worth, this person will be responsible for the support of the Office staff and general office functions. The firm maintains a fast-paced environment with several projects of a diverse nature occurring at once.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
§ General clerical activities (fax, scan, copy, bind, etc.)
§ Answering and transferring phone calls
§ Postage machine log and maintenance
§ Daily mail and delivery distribution
§ Supplies inventory
§ Expense reports and Amex reconciliation for CEO
§ Organization and maintenance of Corporate calendar
§ Upkeep of contact information for Corporate contact book
§ Assistance with HR Mainframe data entry
§ Filing of AP Invoice on weekly basis
Characteristics of a promising candidate:
§ Have 2-4 years of experience assisting different levels of an organization
§ Possess very strong organizational skills and excellent customer service skills
§ Be eager to learn and grow in a professional environment
§ Be hard working
§ Thrive in a fast-paced environment
§ Have ability to deal with a variety of calls and requests
§ Be proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
